Without proper air sealing your new insulation will not work properly and you will be waiting more money. We use a blower door and infrared camera to pinpoint areas of air infiltration. This takes the guesswork out of air sealing and saves time and money. If a blower door test is not done then there is no way to know exactly where the air leaks are. If insulation is installed without air sealing then it does not work properly. Don’t be fooled by the companies that install insulation without blower door testing, they are only doing half of the job required for properly insulating your attic.
